Tetsu Nishiyama (Tet) began the project FORTY PERCENT AGAINST RIGHTS (FPAR) in 1993, then WTAPS was launched in 1996. WTAPS (pronounced ‘double taps’) is heavily inspired by the military, outdoors and skate.
